Are you More Visual Than Real, When it Comes to Burning Fat Down?

There is one thing that connects nearly all weight loss products-pictures! Pictures that usually show: before and after-result, or simply showing over trained hard bodies looking so perfect that it just makes us either depressed with our own looks, or if we are going to buy it these pictures can even make us feel excited-caught in thinking that with that product, we can look the same with a minimum effort.
Why do we feel like that simply by looking at those pictures? We are all humans-no matter the color of our skin, language or weight size, and we are all visual beings. To see something mean to believe in something, those pictures on various weight loss products are sending us a message on the subconscious level, we end up thinking that using this weight loss product will instantly bring those results-few weeks or month later we end up disappointed...
It's a fact that picture is worth thousand words, on the same principle fitness industry is selling various crap products without any need of proper elaboration on a given product, like case studies,proved fact guarantees, etc.They really can make any claim with a great picture attached, cause, even if the story is pure nonsense your subconscious mind will be drawn by the looks of over trained individuals on certain weight loss products.
Ok I know that we all have certain obligations in life, our time in 24 hour day is very limited, we hardly take some of that 24 hours for ourselves, usually we are so tired that we just don't feel like making anything constructive in our life, we tend to leave things for later, especially when we aren't being pushed to make something to change the situation that we want to change-burn fat down......
Our mind is constantly playing game with us, we do what we don't want to do, or we don't do what we want to do-but that is a common problem of each mind without knowing an issue, will power, real power, real vision and goal, especially in the fat burning arena.
Most important thing that you could do when you want to burn fat down is to sit and think prior taking any action-take a piece of paper and write down your present daily routine-when you eat, how much do you eat, what do you eat - this simple step will give you insight in what you can change, what you should change and how to implement changes, so they can become your new routine each day, that my friend will bring you long term results, simply cause it's directly dealing with core of fat burning issue-lifestyle.
Lifestyle is responsible for your overweight and to make a long term result in fat burning and weight loss you need to deal with it first.
No exercise, no weight loss pill, no weight loss program, no starving yourself can help you in bringing that long time craved life time result-without a proper mindset.
