Most mobile phones have an option to auto-answer when the headset is turned on. Be sure to activate this feature on your mobile phone if possible. Remember, Kylee is going to screen all of your calls for you - no need to look at caller ID or wonder who is calling you.

How to use Talking Caller ID - Hands Free

Kylee will answer incoming calls and find out who's calling and record their name. Kylee will then place the caller on hold and plays music for them. Kylee will then call your mobile phone. Kylee will tell you who's calling and ask if you wish to take the call.

Say "connect the call" to be connected. Say "take a message" to send the caller to voice mail. Now you can take calls without touching your phone and without looking at the display to see the caller ID! You can keep your hands on the wheel and your eyes on the road while you're driving.

How to Dial by Name - Hands Free

Program the button on your Bluetooth headset to either dial your local FDIVoiceTM number or dial the last number dialed. Each hands free device is different, most will allow you to redial the last number you called by just pressing on your "answer" button

one or two times. Refer to the manual of your hands free device for this function.

You will then hear Kylee say "what would you like to do" and now you can say "call" plus any name in your FDIVoiceTM address book.

How to Make Multiple Calls - Hands Free

When you call is finished, just wait for the other person to hang up. Kylee will come back on the line and ask you "what would you like to do" - again. Now you can make the next call by name. You can also press (pound sign twice) Kylee will hang up the call and come back on the line immediately.

How to Check Messages - Hands Free

Just press the button on your Bluetooth headset to get Kylee on the line.

Say "get my voice mail" to listen to voice mail messages. Say "get my email" to listen to email messages. There is no need to look at or touch your phone retrieve messages.

How to Respond - Hands Free

After listening to a voice mail message, say "call back" to return calls directly from voice mail without having to write down numbers and without having to hang up and redial.

After listening to an email message, say "reply to sender" to record and send a reply using your voice. Just use speech commands for maximum safety while driving and keep your hands on the wheel and your eyes on the road. Happy driving!

How to Store & Use Emergency Numbers

Be sure to add all your emergency numbers into your FDIVoiceTM address book. You can do it yourself via our website or say "Kylee Live" and ask one of our live operators to do it for you, at applicable charges. You should include your immediately family members and other emergency contacts such as: My Mom, My Dad My Brother, My Sister, My Wife, My Husband' My Doctor, My Chiropractor, My Pharmacy, Roadside Assistant Auto Club The hospital...... Etc.. In the event of an emergency you can call anyone immediately.

How to Set up & Use Emergency Groups

You can add groups into your FDIVoiceTM address book via our website or you can say "Kylee Live" to have one of our live operators do this for you.

You should set up a few key groups in order to be able to notify people quickly in the event of an emergency. We recommend a group for: My Family, My Work, My Friends

You can add a list of people to each group. Just call Kylee and say ìsend a messageî, then record the message and say send it to your group with one call to Kylee.

This is an excellent way to inform people in your life of any emergency with the speed and convenience of one call.
