First of all you have to consult a dietician and ask him or her to calculate your calorie intake. Suppose you consume 1800Kcal/day. So just subtract 500kcal from it and you will be left with 1300kcal/day. Consume 1300kcal per week added with workout. Now notice if there is any change in the weight. Stick to the best diet. But remember one thing. Do not ever drop your calorie intake less than 1000kcal/day. This will lead to weakness.
