Overview – This is a hot pepper commonly used in foods, but it has such a beneficial effect on the parts of our body that our health depends on most, such as the digestive system and blood circulation that we consider it one of the most important herbs that exist. It is not only good for general wellbeing, but also for very serious ailments such as heart attacks, heart disease, gun shot wounds, or a severed finger. It’s something that should always be kept in our cabinet for an emergency.
What Cayenne Can Treat – Heart Attacks, Heart Disease, Poor Digestion, Poor Blood Circulation, Fatigue, Ulcer Bleeding, Rheumatism, Arthritis, Hemorrhaging, Sore Throat, Common Cold, Sore Joints, Hemorrhoids, Stomach Aches, Post-Heart Attack Problems, Open Wounds, Excessive Bleeding, Candida, Parasites, Low Energy, Weight Gain, Dyspepsia, and Fibromyalgia.
Treatment – Mix Cayenne powder with some wintergreen oil and apply this mixture to the skin. This will help with pain relief to the are applied, especially for Joint Pain. The first time you do this, you may feel a slight pain, though this will diminish the more frequently you use this remedy. Rubbing Cayenne oil on rheumatic joints also decreases the pain. Overtime, it disappears.
Pouring cayenne tea down a person suffering a heart attack’s throat has been shown to stop the attack almost immediately. This is because the active ingredient Capsaicin courses through your veins to your heart, expands the arteries to greatly increase blood circulation, and stops the attack. It is that powerful. The tea should contain at least one teaspoon of cayenne and shuold be very warm. This same remedy can also be used for arrhythmia. We suggest that anybody with heart problems regularly add Cayenne to their food.
When placed on open wounds, cayenne powder will stop the bleeding and prevent scarring. Always place a clean bandage over the cayenne and your skin. For Candida and parasites, eat one tablespoon of the powder per day. This is going to have an unpleasant taste, but this remedy is many more times effective than the pharmaceuticals.
Regularly taking Cayenne supplements, or eating at least 2 peppers fresh in your food, gives you energy throughout the day and you will slowly burn off the weight. This is because it greatly improves your brain function, your blood circulation, and therefore your body works much better, including your immune system and your ability to burn weight.
How it Works – Capsaicin is the main active ingredient contained in Cayenne. This relieves pain by blocking the production of the neurotransmitter, substance P, that is responsible for sensations of pain. It also causes a release of SP which will, though the pain will increase in the beginning, greatly lessen the pain. Since it also stimulates the endorphins in your brain, you will feel pain-free and happy, without any kind of addictive side effects.
Further, Capsaicin stimulates mucus production in the stomach which relieves pain from ulcers and slowly heals them. Take 450-500 mg per meal. Cayenne also works as a digestive catalyst, thus making the other foods or herbs absorbed along with it even more effective.
The pepper is also rich in Vitamins A, B complex, and C.
Dosage – For supplements, it is recommended that you take 2 capsules of 450-500 mg, 3-4 times per day. When taken with foods, you get all of the benefits of Cayenne, but what you eat or drink along with it will also be magnified in effect. To eat it in its powdered form or as peppers, you can simply add it to food. For example, add one teaspoon of cayenne pepper to tomato juice, or sprinkle some powder on a salad. Pretty soon you will have acquired quite a taste for it. Eaten with soup it will help cure a common cold, flu, or a sore throat
