The weather in the UK is at present something you want to get away from, with cold winds, rain and even snow in some areas, but never mind the best is yet to come.

Now is the time to start planning the summer holidays, anticipating beautiful weather with long sunny days, sandy beaches and relaxation, is just what the Doctor ordered after such a long cold winter.

With the travel industry in such a state more people are opting to stay in the UK this summer, instead of sitting half their holidays away at some airport getting more and more frustrated, waiting for that delayed flight, or worse still no flight at all.

The British Isles is the lushest most beautiful place on the planet, the problem is wherever you live you just do not appreciate what is around you, and it is all taken for granted.

Cornwall however has been awarded the UK’s best holiday destination at a travel industry awards ceremony, and what makes it more significant is that this is a public vote.

There is always a bit of an explorer in all of us, it is human nature to be inquisitive and want to see what is around the next corner. Bude in North Cornwall is a seaside resort just on the Devon border, and if chosen as a holiday destination will epitomise the mindset that there is better to come, each day will bring different sights and experiences to make your holiday the best ever.

Wooda Farm Holiday Park is the total package when it comes to holiday facilities for the whole family, you can either pack your tent on the roof rack, or hook your touring caravan onto the back of the car, or just pack a suitcase and go.

A brief overview of this holiday park in Cornwall, this is a park that is set in forty acres of parkland with the most stunning views of Bude Bay and the coastline of North Cornwall. The park is split up in areas that are ‘fit for purpose’, such as a camp site for those with tents, wonderful toilet and shower facilities along with family bathrooms.

A caravan site for your touring caravan or motorhome where you can choose to site on a hard standing, with its own waste, water and electricity, or even a TV point, perfect for anyone wanting to experience family camping, also luxury caravan holiday homes, and last but by no means least, the ultimate in holiday accommodation is the choice of two Cornish cottages for rent use as a perfect base to explore Devon and Cornwall.

With activities for the whole family including tennis, badminton, golf and a gym, and for those who enjoy fishing Wooda Farm boast their own fishing lake. This park is a children’s paradise with an adventure playground, tractor and trailer rides, and tame farm animals.

At present suffering bad cold weather the thought of a holiday at Wooda Farm Holiday Park certainly gives you confidence in ‘the best is yet to come’.
