Here are your Coventry Hills real estate market statistics. March 2010 versus last month, February 2010. The number of homes for sale has went up by 14 from 60 to 74. Homes sold however is a big increase, up 111%, 19 more sales versus 17 homes in February, 36 sales in March. A very good month of March. The average price went from 366 to 371, the median 355 to 360, so up $5100.00 and $5000.00. Days on market, two days longer at 28 days average on market.

March 2010 versus March 2009, number of homes for sale is up ten. Number of homes sold is down 136 sales, so March is definitely a good month for getting homes sold in Coventry Hills in the last two years, average price is up $35,000.00 or 10%, seven percent on the median by $25,000.00 and days on market is 21 days faster. A lot more better real estate market this year than last year, that's for sure.
