Kullu
The Kullu-Manali tourist complex is spread in the entire Kullu valley which is lavishly gifted with superb scenic wealth. Kullu also known as 'Valley of Gods' has numerous temples.
The most charming and beautiful Kulu valley spreads out its charm on either side of river Beas. The valley runs north to south of this river and is 80kms. long and about 2kms. at its broadest.
Manali
Manali with its unspoilt scenic grandeur is extremely popular with the tourists, for a lavish display of natural scenery. It is one of the principal show places of the Kullu region.
Just 40 kms away from Kullu to the north, Manali is situated near the end of the valley on the National Highway leading to Leh. The landscape here is breath taking. One sees well-defined snow capped peaks, the Beas river with its clear water meanders through the town. On the other side are deodar and pine trees, tiny fields and fruit orchards.
Shimla
Capital city of Himachal Pradesh India also referred as "Queen of Hills". Major Tourist Attractions are Viceregal Lodge, The Mall, Chadwick Falls, Kufri, Jakhoo Hill, Tara Devi Temple and Naldehra.
The British called Shimla the "Queen of Hill Stations". Situated in the north-West Himalayas, Shimla the summer capital of India before independence is now the capital of Himachal Pradesh.
