Nutritionists will tell you the way to lose weight fast is simply to burn up more calories that you take in. In other words, make sure that your daily activity level is high enough to use up the energy generated by the amount of food that you eat. This sounds easy enough, and today the experts recommend that everyone does at least 30 minutes of reasonably rigorous exercise on most days of the week. By 'reasonably rigorous' they mean that you should still be able to conduct a conversation while you are exercising; it doesn't mean you have to jog many miles, or work up a huge sweat at the gym. Consciously, we might be vowing to shed those kilograms and to lose weight fast, but, if our core belief, in our subconscious mind, is that we love fatty, sweet food and will always eat them at any chance, then the battle is lost before we even start.
