You Do Not Have a Clue How To !
That's right ... inspite of the over-abundance of "magic" weight loss supplements, exercise machines and crash diets on the market - all vying for your precious attention, it is not easy to know if any one of them is very good ...
And even in case you do know if a product is right for you, you would need to stick with the progam long enough for you to see the results. You have to give any program a realistic chance before you quit and jump to the next program ...
Having said that, there is something you can do fairly easily and inexpensively to incinerate all the deposits of fat in your stomach, abdomen and in other areas of your body ...
A routine so incredibly easy and fun that you'll hardly feel it can work.
But assuming you do it right, chances are that it will work. And work very effectively too.
You do not have to spend seven hours a day on the treadmill.
You do not have to have to pump iron until every single sinew in your body is at the point of giving up.
You do not have to run for three hours every morning.
You do not have to do any of those things ...
But what you HAVE to do is this ...
EAT !
Yes ... you will HAVE to eat mouth-wateringly delicious foods as much as possible.
Gorge on delicious foods as much as you want to. Eat whenever you want to ... eat, eat, eat and then eat more ...
But you'll have to eat ONLY sprouts, nuts, raw vegetables and fruits. All of them preferably organic.
You'll have to give up all fast foods from your menu. At least until you develop the good habit of eating foods that are good for you. You'll also want to quit eating all dairy, fish, meats and poultry.
Why ? Because it is junk foods that made you overweight in the first place. If you want to shed weight, you should give up eating junk foods, and then start eating delicious natural foods ... foods like oranges, apples, nuts, grapes, raisins, mangoes and the like ...
Do you think doing something like eating apricots, apples and raisins is hard ? Then you might want to try running ten miles a day instead... maybe that will be easier !
In case you have a medical condition like diabetes, then you would want to see a medical practitioner before you begin eating like there is no tomorrow. In case you consider yourself healthy now, then being a glutton could be both fun and healthy !
