This will give you a good idea as to whether the individual has enough experience to work in the child care center that you are opening.
The third step in interviewing for the daycare center that you are opening is to inquire about references that the individual has. It is important to ensure that the references are relevant to the child care field. While these can be personal references, business references, or even religious preferences, they should not all be one kind. It is important to have a variety of references that include a well rounded of opinions. People carry different faces with their personal affairs than they do in the workplace and in the religious sector. They will be required to carry different faces while working in the daycare industry as well. It is important that you know and are comfortable with all of them.
