You've seen the testimonials of unbelievable weight loss success by every new "fad" diet that comes along. Yet when you try it for yourself you have limited success.

Why is it that some people are so successful at weight loss while others are not, even when they are on the very same diet and exercise program?

The short answer is because everyone is different. The way that one person's body processes and utilizes food/fuel can be very different than the way another person's body processes and utilizes food/fuel.

Some people are very carb sensitive while some people are not.

There are some hard and fast rules about nutrition that never change though.

Your body uses food as an energy source and for optimum results you must feed your body "clean" fuel if you want it to perform it's functions correctly.

"Clean" simply means as close to natural as possible. Also ANY excessive calories taken in that are not burned WILL turn to body fat. Regardless of the source of those calories.

We all have that nagging sweet tooth or craving that we just can't seem to conquer. There are some nutritional supplements that can help with overcoming many, if not all, of those cravings.

I've been using a product called Hoodoba to stop food cravings and recently started using liquid magnesium with amazing results.

Most people who have excess body fat are also deficient in magnesium. Magnesium has been shown to curb chocolate cravings as well as many other food cravings.

Just remember when you run across the latest "fad" diet that, sure it may work for some people but you need to find and then focus on what works for YOU.
