- Ishwara-Pranidhana: Surrender to God/Light/Energy of the Galaxy
Practice: belief, dedication, sincerity, as well as patience to go beyond the ego, which can be so resistant to surrender.
Ishwara-Pranidhana is about your relationship to the divine power in the universe.
