When a customer walks into your business ready to purchase, (or lands on your website) and suddenly sees several options he didn't know were there, he'll stop then decide... which one? Your job as a business owenr is to help your custoemr come to a decision. Either she will buy, or she won;t, but you have to help her make the right decision for her.

Make it easy for your customers to decide... yes, I'll buy it... no I won't buy it. Yes and no decisions are a lot easier to make, and are more likely to put cash in the drawer.

One of my favorite online printers always closes the sale with a special deeply-discounted buy that is available only at the time of purchase. I wouldn't call myself an impulsive shopper, but it stops me in my tracks every time. And it's usually such a good deal that I go for it.

How many items would your customers buy if you were to follow up every sale with a special offer? I'll tell you: 30-60% of the time they will buy if you make the offer sweet enough. It's amazing! The products you offer don't even have to be yours... and you can still make a profit!

Think about it... what other related product or service would benefit your customers? It's as easy as 1, 2, and 3 and very profitable too!
