Although now we are tired of talking about the economic crisis that hit us last year and a half stops to tighten his grip.
There are many strategies that were developed by specialists to combat or minimize their consequences. Among all the proposed solutions but certainly the one that seems to bring its consequences in the longer term the other is definitely the one that talks about investing in training and specialization of the young workforce. Right now, in fact, this type of investment, which to many may seem trivial, it is the only one who can bring out of the crisis is not only big companies but also smaller and niche in this historical moment are in a particularly difficult.
The skills of individual workers must be increasingly sophisticated and high to play a key role in the quality of work and the company positioning itself in the market. It has not sense to invest in raw materials or other types of tangible property if there are not degrees of human resources and make the most capable of assessing at 360% possible variety of market and business potential.
The concept of training managers and staff still is not new in the field of entrepreneurship, not surprisingly there are many national and European funds that link to this objective by putting it in first place in the areas of intervention to promote inclusion and social growth of young graduates are facing a highly competitive business world where opportunities are few or no emergence.
But if this concept is now clear and irreplaceable in the slope of young trainers and more difficult is the entry to be a part of firms, especially those small businesses that they are in trouble, fail to grasp the potential that these funds and make available and opportunities for growth and development in the market and skills.
Obviously when it comes to business education should not be thought to endless courses full of opportunities but trite notions of professional and intellectual growth that can be utilized not only employees but also and especially by the leaders and the entrepreneurs themselves and within them may find innovative ideas and business opportunities for your business. There are many ways to take advantage of the training courses financed by institutions to those held by private training institutions strictly certified and recognized that offer excellent business consulting services training. It is this second type of training can provide specialized courses also specially prepared for our special needs on certain specific issues or areas of business management internal and external.
Obviously in the case of corporations this type of training, which in many cases consist of refresher training or information, resources can be coordinated by the union or from internal resources responsible for this task, of course after evaluation of the usefulness and competency of trainers who preparing the holding of such a course. It 'clear however that these courses alone cannot move past the CRSI but there is need for a reappraisal from the viewpoint of the general labor market and of the bank of youth unemployment. The fact remains, however, that their value and their utility is indispensable to look beyond.
