In organizing big conferences for your company, there are needs that the company should address such as accommodating large numbers of participants, getting a meeting site that is accessible for all participants, parking space and logistics, inviting a credible resource speaker, and selecting a unique and original logo for the assembly! The purpose of getting a strong logo to brand a certain convention or event is not just to have something to put on posters or t-shirts or tote bags. Title or Name of the Conference - With the logo, it is important to include the title or name of the meeting as a constant reminder to every participant about the assembly and to give them a bird’s-eye view of what the meeting is all about.
Interesting Graphics - Graphics are a very important element in a conference logo, so you need to carefully choose relevant and interesting graphics for your design. As an example, if you are holding a meeting in Hawaii, you might include sea waves; if your assembly is more nature-friendly, you could create graphics that are more ‘green.’ For meeting planners, choosing graphics for the emblem is very crucial since the chosen graphics should have a great impact on each participant.
There are two things that you need to avoid in designing your conference trademark: don’t design ones that are too abstract because most people may find it messy or misinterpret it; and don’t make it too ornamental and thus distracting of the event’s message. Think of the design and simplicity of Nike, Pepsi, UPS, Disney, etc. Simple yet so powerful as to be never forgotten what they represent!

Logos can be considered as one of the best ways to promote your convention, both before the meeting on fliers and other advertisements and then at the event itself as printed pens, coffee mugs, tote bags, t-shirts, executive giveaways or even plaques and other event memorabilia.
