Yet they recognize that portable displays can have a huge benefit to their company, if only they are able to obtain one within their budget. Companies under financial stress can still find affordable booths for trade shows. These five tips can make it happen.

Tip 1: Shop Around For Your Portable Displays

Businesses that sell exhibits are in competition. Whenever businesses are in competition, they have an incentive to offer lower prices than the others who offer the same goods or services. You can take advantage of this by seeing whether one company can offer more for the same price than its competition. Check the base cost of the exhibit you want, but also take into account the various offers that come with it. One might well be more favorable than another.

Tip 2: Consider Downsizing Your Booths For Trade Shows

If you're finding that money is tight, consider choosing a smaller exhibit. Small booths still have a tremendous impact if they are well designed, and they are almost always a money saver.
