Following are five things that you can do to help your mlm business grow to new levels.

Take some time to decide on a good company to partner with

I have seen many people get involved with deals based purely on emotional decisions, maybe they went to a live meeting or a webinar. Whilst these are great places to sell opportunities, you should have some resistance to the emotional hype which you may be faced with so you can still make a rational decision. Its important that you have a strong interest in the product/s that the company is selling. You won't get that far if you are trying to fool yourself and others that you are passionate about the product involved. Make sure you research the company thoroughly; do they have a good track record? Any complaints? How long have they been around? etc...

Be sure to use your time with your team productively

Once you have a team under you, it's important not to become their baby sitter. Whoever they are, each one of the distributors have an individual responsibility to their own success or failure. As a leader you must of course train and coach your team but I'd recommend reserving your personal time for those folks who are taking serious action in their business Everyone else should be kept in your group training sessions, such as webinars, videos, conference calls etc.

Only do things that will grow your business and earn money

Forget constantly checking emails, Facebook, Tweeting watching the latest launch videos. I always find it a good idea to actually set aside some time specifically for these activities. The remainder of your time should be devoted to marketing and doing things that produce leads and then money. You need to be disciplined with yourself and each day it might help to actually write out a list of what you want to get done that day. Keep at it and don't go to bed until you've done it!.

There will be many times that you just don't feel like working for one reason or another (happens to me often). In these times you just have to be focused, grit your teeth and work anyway, it's the only way to success. Most people don't get through this, they let their mind win and never get anything done and end up quitting, saying it didn't work.

Make use of the online technologies available to build your network marketing business

You will get the best results if you make use of a highly converting sales funnel system to drive your leads through, it will build rapport and trust with your list, whilst earning you money in the process. By being different, hardworking, with other peoples success at heart you will be more attractive to your prospects. You are less likely to get lost in all the marketing noise out there. Remember that all your prospects are most likely subscribed to many different lists, so by making a little extra effort and just being yourself will go a long way.
