The mix of weight training, muscle building and cardio will get your abs fat-free in no time.
If you’ve never used them before, begin with exercises which use just one kettlebell. Once you get used to it, you can add a second one. One of the simplest exercises you may do is a simple one-arm swing. Do sets of them, swinging the kettlebell rhythmically, and then switch to the other. It sounds unbelievably simple and it is, but it will yield results. You’ll be sweating and winded after that first set of swings! Simpleness is what it’s all about; with kettlebells you don’t need any other expensive exercise equipment.
