Natural healers will tell you if you cannot eat it, do not put it on your skin. The vast majority of well known skin care products, are filled with toxins that later on down the line may cause problems to the people using them.
The skin is a detoxification organ. The acne you may be experiencing is a defense mechanism. In natural healing the body is healed from the inside out. When you focus on your internal body your skin begins to clear itself and the pinkness returns.
That being said there are many natural skin care products, which will not sacrifice your health for the sake of temporary clear skin. Certain chemicals are very cheap and very often sacrifice the health of its consumers.
Natural skin care products are made to allow for relief along with a healthy lifestyle.

If any company promises that their products is "the best in the world" run as fast as you can. There are great products out there and it just takes a little research to find a good product. "Natural skin care" is a broad term often influenced by chemically filled products. If you can speak to the manufacturer and person selling the product you can find more information about the product and see if it is truly "natural".
Natural skin products are great for eliminating acne, bringing color back to the skin and an overall healthy looking complexion. Always include a healthy lifestyle when trying to improve complexion and clear skin.
A healthy lifestyle includes:
-
