Natural healers will tell you if you cannot eat it, do not put it on your skin. The vast majority of well known skin care products, are filled with toxins that later on down the line may cause problems to the people using them.
The skin is a detoxification organ. The acne you may be experiencing is a defense mechanism. In natural healing the body is healed from the inside out. When you focus on your internal body your skin begins to clear itself and the pinkness returns.
