Spending time with loved ones and family is an incredible experience. Children love to spend time with their families and bask in the love and joy that comes with it, so it's not surprising that quality family time ranks up there as one of the most important values in the lives of average people. With a little bit of planning and some creativity, however, any family can have some quality family time and can enjoy the company of loved ones.

Family Night!

One of the best ways to go about getting more time with the family is to create "family night". Family night can be any evening of the week and can be written down on the family calendar to ensure that it takes place, week after week. Family night does not need to be complicated. Simply set aside some time, come up with an activity or an idea, and spend time with the family! The Fun and Party Zone is a great place for family time. The whole family is encouraged to get in and play on the inflatables. Be a kid with your kids. Every Wednesday is Family Night at the Fun and Party Zone. Maximum admission is $15 and you can order food too!

Get to Know Your Child's Friends

Getting quality family time involves the inclusion of other people sometimes. Getting to know your child's friends can be a great way to open up some common ground and find new activities. Letting your child and his or her friends spend time, with your supervision, is a great way to get in tune with your child and learn more about his or her likes and dislikes. Each family is welcome to bring in a friend or two to the Fun and Party Zone. We request that you limit it to two friends or one other family of children to allow enough space for everyone to play.

Planning regular time to have your child and his or her friends over is a great way to build new relationships with your child and teach responsibility. By simply playing with your child and his or her friends, you can help instill values like sharing, taking turns, and friendliness. In fact, many people believe that scheduling playtime for kids and their friends is far more beneficial.

Let the Family Choose

Letting your children choose the activity they want to do is a great way to get in touch with your kids' interests and learn more about them. Parents often feel that the scheduling and planning of activities is up to them. Mention the Fun and Party Zone and your kids will have a new appreciation of Family Night!

Involve Yourself

One of the most important things you can do as a parent is to involve yourself in your children's activities. This includes playing with your children. Give equal time and try to integrate the activities of your children to make them more inclusive and friendly. Finding time for the family is incredibly important and, perhaps best of all, it's fun!

Family Night — Every Wednesday Night is Family Night, $6 per child, maximum $15 per family for 5-8 p.m. admission. Dinner available for purchase these evenings as well.
