Kids diets will typically be fortified with vitamins and minerals, but in today’s society and with all of the processed food on the market parents should supplement their children’s diets with a good childrens vitamin. Many of the childrens multivitamins contain vitamin D, which is important for bone growth. Most of them are very candy like so please follow the directions.
