Turbulence Training, How To Get Ripped

Turbulence Training makes use of high intensity interval training. This just means that it is a program that switches out the high intensity workouts. This means that your body won't adapt to the same exercises over and over and thus allows you to make faster progress.

Who says you need cardio? You'll use three short, high intensity workouts per week. These workouts keep changing so your body doesn't get used to them. This is key, keeping your body off balance gives maximum training effect. The workouts are much more effective under this condition. It will take you only 3 workouts of 45 minutes each per week to quickly get your results.

Each workout consists of 5 minutes of warm up followed by 15 to 20 minutes of strength training, and finally 15 to 20 minutes of interval training. These workouts are shorter than typical plans but the intensity is high and when you are finished you will know that you have had a workout. And after a short time you will see results.

The Turbulence Training program will not bore you. There is not a lot of repetition because, as stated, the program is constantly changing so your body will not adapt to it. Many people fall away from fat loss programs because of this very reason. It is boring doing the same programs over and over, but this will not be a problem with Turbulence Training.

Turbulence Training asks for just 45 minutes 3 days a week and will bring you the result that you are looking for. The program also comes with Chris Mohr's Nutrition Guide that you can use to speed your progress. This guide tells you the foods that will help you achieve your goals more quickly. It's use is optional because the program will work without it, but this is just another level you can move to to increase your progress. You can't ask for more than that.
