You should use it three times a week for about 20 minutes. This way you will burn fat and calories and tone muscles. Change exercise by attaching its resistance bands at the sides and get rid of the flab. It is now easy to lose flab with new gym equipment.

You will not need to use any other gym equipment as the T-Bow allows you a full range of exercises. It can make you fitter and is suitable for a cardio workout. It stabilizes your core and improves your balance. It tones and strengthens your muscles and improves blood flow. Once you have finished balancing on the T-Bow turn it around and step left and right on it.

New gym equipment will always be popular, because people are always searching for the easier and quick way to lose weight and become fit. Manufacturers of gym equipment employ excellent marketers to market new equipment as for every new machine there is a new believer due to marketing strategies who thinks that this will be it. This will be the miracle machine which will get me thin and fit. We must remember any machine will work if we work the machine and not the machine us.
