For your diet, your main source of carbohydrates which will provide energy for your workout should come from fruits, vegetables and unrefined grains. Try to keep away from refined sugars and refined grains which produce fats that are very difficult to eliminate.

Another important nutrient that should be included in your diet is protein. Protein is the one responsible in building muscles so you should consume more foods that are rich in protein like chicken, meat, fish and egg.

Healthy fats should also be included in your daily food intake so as not to have a harmful effect in your hormone level. It can be obtained from organic meat, virgin coconut oil, nuts and seeds. Foods that should be avoided are the ones that have artificial fats like margarine and fried foods.

To have a flat stomach is not an overnight thing to do. This is one of the reasons why many are being discouraged to do workouts because they do not see the result faster. You just need to be patient and continue doing your workout program and eat good food to see the result sooner.
