If you love Cycling & want to improve your cycling, than riding over long distances periodically & semantically is the far best way to practice and improve your cycling skills.   1. Choose a Target Distance: First of all, Choose a target distance for your cycling. If you want to improve your cycling rate in a race, then you should set the distance of the race as your target distance. Like this, for whatever reason you are riding, select a suitable distance.

2.Select the best cycling route as per your desire : Choose a route which is more similar to your route for which you are getting trained. This way you'll get face to face with all the possible situations that may happen during the exact race.

  1. Ride small distances initially : Begin your cycling training programme by riding small distances initially. For example , travel half of the total distance of your race..This will encourage you and will help you in increasing your speed.

4.Practicing your cycling Training Programmes.: Repeat & Practice the cycling Training Programmes during a week. The repetition of cycling exercises will increase your stamina. You should increase the distance every week. This will benefit you very much.

Remember, never do cycling workout in excess. It will influence your body. In case, you think that a cycling tour or cycling workout is extremely strenuous, then decrease its intensity. For instance, reduce the total distance to be covered or diminishing the total time slot. Be sure that you are comfortable in whatever training programme you choose.
