When employees are properly trained, they are more satisfied with their positions, and will be less likely to leave and go looking for a new company if his present one has empowered him with everything that he needs to fulfill his assigned work. This will also result in a higher morale within your workforce knowing that they are working for an organization that greatly puts importance on quality and excellence.
