In order to land up with a good job in a company’s customer service division, an individual should be a high school pass-out. Previous work experience in a company’s customer service division or a professional training in customer service is always an added advantage for the candidates. Moreover, the candidate should also possess basic knowledge of computer, should have good listening ability, and should also have excellent problem solving as well as communication skill. In addition, the candidate should be comfortable to work in shifts.
