Cape Town is known as the Mother City of Africa. It is a fascinating city, where so many cultures have come together, such as the Indonesians, the French, the Dutch, the Germans, the British, and the native Hottentots, Bushman and Bantu tribes. Of course, if you would like to venture slightly further, a safari could be a wonderful experience.

There are many bars and restaurants where you can enjoy all sorts of food, from traditional to European and from Asian to American. Some restaurants are cheap and cheerful, others are formal restaurants with matching price tags.
For a real African experience, the Africa Cafe should not be missed. It has a very family friendly atmosphere and reasonable prices.
