Is there A Better Way To Lose Belly Fat?
Belly Fat. Just the very words make us twitch. Of course, you can go to a gym and beat yourself to a pulp if you want. You can even go to a place where you can get your belly fat slapped, patted, rolled, zapped, zipped or walked on. The choice is yours. However, what if you could just take a 150-350 mg. weight loss supplement with a full glass of tepid water 30-60 minutes prior to meals? Does this sound too good to be true? It’s not: Welcome to the African Mango weight loss supplement.
With the African Mango diet, you can lose anywhere from 10-28 pounds over a one month period. You can also lower your body (or belly) fat by 6.3%, lower your cholesterol and triglycerides by 27%, and raise your good cholesterol as well as lowering your blood sugar. The high fiber content of African Mango also gives your body a cleansing effect, ridding your system of toxins.
Where Did This Diet Come From?
Irvingia Gabonensis, the Latin name for African Mango grows on a tree in Cameroon, in Western Africa. The key element of this diet is the extract form the seed of the fruit, called the Dikka Nut. Used by centuries by natives of Cameroon and surrounding communities, African mango has become a staple of their society. Every part of the tree and fruit are used for sustenance, cooking and medicinal purposes.
African Mango side effects are few and far between. A very low group of people experience mild headaches, dry mouth, flatulence and sleeplessness for a day or two before symptoms go away. African Mango has not been tested in pregnant and lactating women; therefore it is recommended they not participate in this diet. Anyone with allergy or sensitivity to mangos is urged to refrain from this diet. More can be found in African Mango Reviews.
