A keg refrigerator is actually a refrigerator which works as a beer dispensing appliance. The keg is stored in the unit and is connected to a spout to dispense the beer.
Most of the smaller keg refrigerators can fit kegs of either a quarter (pony), half barrel (standard) size kegs. But there are others that can not only hold beer kegs, but even beer bottles and cans. In some cases, the unit may limit your choice of kegs to certain brands only. So you should read each description carefully. Additionally there are several other features sported by different models. The popular models in this category are Krubs BeerTender and Edgestar Mini Kegarator.

It has more room to accommodate both, half barrel and quarter barrel kegs, and can often be transformed into an auto defrost refrigerator for individual beer cans and bottles. The prices for these units range from $400 to $3000.
-
