Are you thirsty? Many people are. It is a fact that most people do not drink enough liquids. The need to hydrate their bodies is the last thing on their minds. It's only when they start to feel dehydrated do they drink something. When people get thirsty the usually grab a soda or fruit juice or they just get a small sip from the local drinking fountain. Most people would rather have a soda than a tall cold glass of water. But why is this? If you ask people why they don't drink water they usually say because it doesn't taste very good. And to tell you the truth, most of the time, water doesn't taste very good.
Cities have to add many chemicals to the drinking water for their cities to make it healthy enough to drink. these chemical rid the water of pesticides and poisons that seep into the water from the ground. But when these chemicals are added they sometimes destroy or dilute the minerals that are in the water. Or the minerals are left out of the water after its been processed. Minerals are needed in the human body to survive. Without Minerals our bones would not grow right, our bodies could not regulate fluids, our muscles and nerves would not work well and our metabolisms would slow down. Minerals enhance our water in so many ways.
Water should have a taste. But it shouldn't stand out. It all comes back to the presence of minerals in the water. Adding Mineral in the water will enhance it's flavor. Good tasting water means that people will drink more of it. That means that your body will get the hydration it needs to be healthy and strong.
One way to get great mineral content is to find a company on the internet that provides the best minerals to add to your water. Just buying bottled water is not enough. In fact most bottled water companies are just using water from a tap source. Make sure you read ingredients on any bottled water. There are many health sites out there on the internet that offer information on healthy drinking water. But you have to do your research.
The most important thing is that you are drinking good healthy water, everyday. Water is essential to good health. Don’t let your body get dehydrated. And remember, Minerals make the water taste good.
