2 Day Workout That Works.

Can You imagine getting into shape and having the body that you want with a 2 Day Workout?2DayWorkout It not only can be done but it is not as complicated as you might think. If your like me you have tried just about everything on the market and every piece of gym equipment out there. The truth is we all just need to get back to basics.

It really has to start at the core of what our body lacks and that is of course good nutrition. That doesn’t mean giving up all the foods you love, it just means to get a grip on portion control. Once we get the right mind set, the right fuel to burn fat, we can jump start our metabolism to make it happen.

If you watch all of those commercials with the professional trainers, you are convinced that the only way to succeed is to work out hard and at least six days a week. 2 day workouts are plenty if you learn to do it the right way. Breathing correctly is the key to get your body in harmony with what you are asking it to do. I know it sounds funny, but you would not believe the people that are walking around and not breathing to maximize their lung power.

Using the right techniques and breathing properly can actually help you burn more calories than running a mile. The real trick to working out is not always what you do but how you do it. Challenging your body a little every day can change your muscle tone and how you feel. For example, if you just walked from the kitchen to the living room in your house every day, that is all your body would adapt to doing. But if you walked to the corner and back and went just a bit further each day, your body would adjust and give you the needed muscle strength to help you perform this action. Your body is made to move. Challenging it with walking a little more instead of driving, climbing the stairs instead of taking the elevator, you can actually get your body in shape in less time and with less strain on your joints and muscles.

No one enjoys being heavy or out of shape. It is not good for you and it really prevents you from being at your best. My theory is to keep it simple, keep it challenging, and most of all make sure you have balance. Eating a pizza and enjoying every bite is a wonderful thing as long as your willing to go for a walk afterwards to burn up some of those well earned calories. Just another simple way to get what you want and give your body and your health back something in return. It really does come down to the old saying, use it or lose it
