Everyone develops their own amount of gut fat over the years, today is the day to learn how to lose this gut fat and not only this but keep it off as well. Gut fat can be one of the most stubborn areas of the body but we have some effective methods and techniques that can help you lose your gut fat and keep it off for good. This type of weight loss can improve your energy levels and your overall health which should make it a top priority in your daily life and routines.

Your diet is the most important component when you are looking to lose gut fat. Try to avoid fad diets and myths that encourage you to cut fat and carbohydrates from your diet; these are factors your body needs to function properly, diet the healthy way. First, eliminate all beverages except those that are water based. From here eliminate processed foods and foods that are high in saturated fats and sugars. You will want to focus on fresh fruits and vegetables and lean meats, no junk food. If you can stick to this diet than you are well on your way to losing that gut fat.

From this step on, combining this natural diet with exercise is the key to success. You want to begin your workout with 20minutes of cardio. This does not have to be intense, as long as you can still speak while you are jogging or running you are brining your heart rate up to the perfect rate. If you cannot breathe or talk, slow down until you can. Once your cardio session is over you will want to use the hip abductor machines located in your gym. These machines target the fat around your hips which is the gateway to your gut fat.

From here abdominals are next. Do as many crunches or sit-ups as you can, but make sure to do them properly so as not to strain your neck or back. Pick a focal point on the ceiling for you to focus on during your crunches and this will relieve tension in your neck.

Stick to this workout and nutrition regime for at least 6months and as your progress your gut fat will be melting away. Make sure to always increase your weights and repetitions as your body begins to progress and you begin to lose more and more fat.
