A good meal for natural weight loss would be a baked potato as your carbohydrate, the vegetables provide the fiber and a little meat serves as the protein.

Health experts say dietary fat promotes weight gain because it’s a very dense source of calories and you store those calories as body fat easier than calories from other sources. Don't fall into the fat-free trap of thinking if it’s fat free, it must be good for you. Manufacturers keep coming out with low fat or fat-free versions of their best-selling foods and yet Americans are getting fatter anyway.

The weight a person puts on isn't always as a result of high fat foods. Although they obviously don’t help, gaining weight is simply a result of too many calories turning into body fat. Natural weight loss plans recommend you avoid the fat-free products and suggest you eat healthy and nutritious snacks when you get hungry.

Health experts suggest eating smaller meals every three to four hours, such as adding a nutritious low-fat snack between lunch and dinner. There will probably continue to be debate on natural weight loss, but it’s not only possible, it’s one of the safest and surest methods to lose weight permanently.
