Paying Too Much for Deep Wrinkle Cream? And It Doesn't Even Work?

Would you pay $298 for deep wrinkle cream? If it provided effective wrinkle removal for face or body, you might think it was worth the price. But, the company has no clinical research supporting the product’s effectiveness. You can get a product with clinically proven effectiveness for a small fraction of that cost.
The $298 deep wrinkle cream is made by a company called "Vie". I was curious about the ingredients, because I have looked at a lot of different anti-aging products and I think it is safe to say that this is the most expensive one on the market.
If it costs that much, it must contain some really special ingredients, at least that’s what I thought. I should have known better, I guess. Anyway, here’s a look at the compounds that "Vie" claims will reduce the depth of existing wrinkles, prevent the formation of new ones and rejuvenate your appearance, along with a look at what really does work.
The Active Components
The company claims to have a "patented" ingredient that is supposed to provide wrinkle removal for face and skin. But, when I looked at the ingredients label, I didn’t see anything "special" among them, certainly nothing that warrants the price.
Would you pay $298 for salt water and plankton extract? Although, some kinds of kelp can help provide wrinkle removal for face or body, there are simply not enough "active" compounds in this brand to be effective.
Hazardous Ingredients
Like the typical deep wrinkle cream on the market, this one contains numerous parabens and other artificial preservatives that are becoming more and more controversial. It actually contains more preservatives than any thing else.
It has an added fragrance, a common cause of allergic reactions. There is a strong movement towards fragrance-free skincare products, because the chemical compounds used to create a fragrance can be toxic to the nervous system, cause depression, anxiety, irritability and other "mood" disorders.
There is simply nothing in this expensive product that could provide effective wrinkle removal for face or anywhere else on the body.
A Better Choice
For the same price, you could get a deep wrinkle cream to use during the day, another to use at night, a body lotion, an eye contour gel, a hydrating mask, a deep cleansing mask and still have money left over. More details? See author box below. This line of products provides effective wrinkle removal for face and body. It’s clinically proven.
How can they provide a complete skincare program for so much less? They don’t use a fancy glass jar. They don’t advertise in magazines or on television. Their budget goes towards finding the most effective ingredients and using the best manufacturing processes.
They use ingredients like protein peptides that promote collagen and elastin production, antioxidants that repair free radical damage, the root cause of wrinkles and sagging. For more details see the author box below. They use natural oils that are effective moisturizers; grape seed, olive, avocado and jojoba oils.
Why pay more for a deep wrinkle cream that contains so little, when you can have so much? -Margaret Bell
