Try doing the opposite. This techniques continues to amaze me, I didn't invent it but I've seen it work over and over again for me and for others. It's simply means doing the opposite of what your competition is doing. For example, if they open late try opening earlier, if they target seniors you try marketing more to younger people.
By simply doing the opposite in some area of your marketing you'll instantly stand out from your competition.
