Just recently I came across an incredible health product called Transfer Factor and I am so astounded by the amazing ability this product has to combat disease and illness and promote wellbeing that I just wanted to let the world know about it - everyone should know about transfer factors and what they can do for us - their discovery gives everyone the chance to enjoy good health.

So what are these transfer factors you're going on about, you're probably now wondering? Well, they're not herbs, they're not vitamins and they're not minerals - they're much more than that. Transfer factors are tiny "messenger molecules" found in colostrum (the mothers milk) in humans and animals. They educate the immune system (our defender against disease and illness) and are therefore incredibly beneficial to people who have a whole range of conditions e.g.asthma, arthritis, cancer, rheumatics, allergies...

And now a liquid form is available called Riovida (River of Life). This new liquid format contains transfer factors and nutrients and is also packed with powerful antioxidants, including the recently discovered acai berry, a known "superfood" that was recently found growing in the tops of the palm trees in the Amazon rainforest - so it's also an "energy" food (a great pick me up!) and an anti-aging product - and it tastes great, too - a vibrant blend of berries with just a hint of chocolate - in a word "SENSATIONAL!"

The reason why we become ill, whether we just feel run down, suffer from persistent colds, or have serious diseases such as cancer, is because our immune system isn't functioning effectively - a healthy immune system is a "must have" if you want to achieve optimal health - neglect it and you'll soon feel the effects!

This is how it works - your immune system consists of millions of immune cells that are everywhere in your body - they're in your skin, in your lymph nodes, and in your blood. Everything your body encounters - from a small cut in your skin to grand concerns such as fighting cancer requires a prompt and effective immune cell communication and coordination to ensure optimal health. If this communication and coordination isn't achieved, your immune system won't function at its best and your body suffers.

Sometimes our immune system will be under active. This happens when immune cells aren't working up to par. In these situations we feel as if we haven't got any energy and we'll be more prone to illness. At other times, our immune system may be overactive - it misunderstands and responds to false signals and outside resources that aren't really out to get us, or it keeps fighting when it should rest. An optimally-balanced immune system recognizes the problem, responds to the problem, calls off the immune cells when the threat is over, and rests.

So let's go to the very beginning and the discovery of transfer factors, where they're found and how they're essential to our health and well being:

The story of the discovery of transfer factor is truly an amazing one. It all started way back in 1949, when Dr H. Sherwood Lawrence, a prominent scientist studying tuberculosis at New York University made a startling discovery that would change immune science forever.

Dr Lawrence discovered that one of the secrets to a strong immune system was there, right under our very noses, in nature itself - in colostrum in a mothers milk (animal or human)! He revealed that tiny molecules he named "transfer factors" found in this milk could transmit immune information from a donor to a recipient (e.g. from a smart immune system to one that needed more help). Sadly, it was at this same time that antibiotics were also discovered and these were seen as a "miracle" cure to all sorts of health problems, so Dr Sherwood's discovery did not receive the respect it was due and transfer factors were laid to rest - until half a century later.

Half a century later, in the early 1990's, a David Lisonbee, who suffered from respiratory problems, began looking for ways to improve his own health and began carrying out research into the immune system. Like Dr Sherwood, David Lisonbee discovered the enormous benefits transfer factors had on health and how these tiny messenger molecules had the potential to revolutionize the natural supplement industry.

David Lisonbee set up his own company, which now produces patented transfer factor products. It is a large company based in America but is spreading across the world. The products are big sellers in the States, New Zealand, Canada and many more countries. The company now has offices in Barcelona, Spain and are moving into Indi, too. In fact, people in over 40 different countries in the world can now benefit from David Lisonbee's findings and enjoy optimal health.

The company carries out continued research to improve its products and bring new ones on stream. They are scientifically proven and medically endorsed: "I believe transfer factor is, without a doubt, the greatest discovery of the century in supporting and modulating the immune system. I believe a strengthened immune system will be the primary way to stay well in the future. This nutrient can affect the immune system like nothing else can. I sincerely believe everyone needs to consume this product. The future of medicine will necessarily concentrate on our natural defenses-our immune system. And… Transfer Factor is the ultimate immune system product." Rob Robertson, Jr., MD Emergency Medicine

Do you know that they say that in the next 5 - 10 years,1 in 4 households will be taking transfer factors!
