Hair Home Cure For Dandruff

Dandruff makes your hair look dull and unhealthy and eventually lead to severe hair loss. Well with herbs and other ingredients, some which are found in your kitchen are used to make some home-made packs for hair and scrubs for your scalp to ensure eradication of dandruff and improvement of in the growth of your hair. But before using those packs you need to determine the type of dandruff you have.
Water is the best for any disease because it flushes out the toxins produce in our body and keep us healthy. And lots of salads, green vegetables, and fresh fruits must be added to your diet. It should be remembered that dandruff is a disease of scalp so you need to keep your comb and hair brush clean and also it is important to know that too little or too much oil result in dandruff. These are all the basic requirements to keep your healthy of any type.
The hair care treatment goes according to the level of dandruff formation and so is their removal. It may take from few days, to weeks, to months or even a year or two. You have to be very persistence following the treatment to get the desired the result. Results are found to be positive with the following home cure process-
• Mixing 1 teaspoons lemon juice with 2 teaspoons vinegar and massage your scalp followed by washing your hair with egg shampoo.
• After shampooing your hair, apply the mix of witch hazel(100g) and fresh lemon juice(1tablespoon)in 200ml water with cotton to the scalp when the hair are still wet. Repeat until the dandruff is treated.
• Apply the mix of pure vinegar(2 teaspoon) in 6 teaspoons water on your scalp before going to bed and washing it next morning with shampoo followed by rinsing with vinegar water and this should be continued once a week for three months.
• Rubbing the Mix of 1 part almond oil, 1 part pure sulphur powder, 2 parts 'surgical spirit' and 4 parts distilled water or rose water and rubbing on the scalp will provide a lot of relief.
• Rubbing a palm full of baking soda on your wet hair then washing it off with water will relieve the itching and reducing dandruff.
• Massage the paste of fenugreek seeds soaked in water overnight on scalp and hair and leaving it for 15-20 minutes followed by shampooing gives good result.
• Massaging the scalp with hot coconut oil or olive oil followed by wrapping your head with towel dipped in hot water repeating the process 3-4 times is really very helpful.
• Dissolving 2 aspirins in any dandruff shampoo and washing hair is the easiest way to get rid of dandruff.
• Boiling 4-5 tablespoons dried thyme in 2 cup water for 10 minutes and then followed by cooling, straining and applying the mixture on the scalp and leaving it for half an hour gives a good result.
• Home made shampoo containing 100g each of amla (Indian goose berry), reetha, and shikakai, that is boil in two litre of water until the liquid reduces to half if used for one month will surely remove the dandruff and at the same time will make your hair thick and healthy.
• Washing your hair with warm apple cider vinegar and covering your head with a towel or a shower cap leaving for about 30-40 minutes and then rinsing with plain water gives you good result. Remember to repeat this 2 times a week until your dandruff goes away.
• You can also try a shampoo with selenium sulfide or salicylic acid and Zest soap once a week on oily hair.
Several factors like dry weather, water contents, excessive hot water shower, wearing a cap all day and tying wet hair in a ponytail can cause an itchy scalp. Using a mild or gentle shampoo and a leave-in conditioner will help you a lot. Apart from this you can boil a cup of neem leaves in water and washing your with this neem water when it cools down that will help you to reduce itching.
