Very often you have encounter or if not encountered then you have come across several people shedding dead skin on the scalp. They are dandruff. This dandruff becomes a serious issue to deal with when left uncared. Otherwise if the dandruff is cared in its initial stage then it is controllable. The skin of our whole body including the scalp constantly renews by shedding the outer layer of skin cells and this renewal happens unnoticed but when this renewal becomes noticeable on the scalp, it is known as dandruff. Too much oiliness of the skin leads to mild dandruffs while dandruffs with large size flakes together with symptoms around your nose, eyebrows, ears, around your navel or genitals is due to seborrhea. And severe condition must be due to psoriasis of the scalp. Whatever be the reasons dandruff does not have any rule of age. It can happen to anyone at any stage if proper care of the scalp is not taken.
Often itchiness is associated with dryness of the scalp and the reason behind this are several and they are dry weather, water contents, excessive hot water shower, wearing a cap all day and tying hair in a ponytail. The cure is simple that involves using a mild or gentle shampoo and a leave-in conditioner. If you can spare some time to your hair then you can boil a cup of neem leaves in water, leave it to cool and then wash your head with this water. And the easiest way to keep your innards clear of any toxic and for that simple method is to drink at least 2 liter water daily, and eat lots of salads, green vegetables, and fresh fruits. So besides hair care products your diet is also important that will keep your innards healthy which will have direct impact on your overall health.
If you are busiest person and you have dandruff problems then you can follow the easiest way of controlling dandruff very easily and that is by applying the solution of water and vinegar in the ratio 6:2 teaspoons on the scalp before going to bed, tying a towel around the head and washing your head next morning followed with rinsing again with vinegar water. This treatment can be carried out once a week for at least three months. You will surely get a positive result.
