After exercise, the face also needs to be cleansed to remove bacteria.

The skin needs protection from the harsh weather conditions. This includes the use of sunblock to prevent sun damage and covering it in the wintertime to keep it from drying out. Tanning will not help the skin become acne free. Tanning for long periods of time will make the skin less flexible. This lack of flexibility causes the skin cells to be harder to shed. The dead skin cells create more clogged pores and thus, more acne breakouts.
Sleep Tight
The immune system needs a good night's sleep to rejuvenate the body and to produce energy to work properly. When the immune system is running properly, it is effective in keeping the skin acne free. The body needs at least 6-8 hours a night to be healthy.
