In the first workout lie flat on your back with your arms resting on the side and legs stretched. Now raise your leg for about 45 degree from the ground and get back your leg to normal position.. Do it for 10 or 15 times and then relax. Then go for the next exercise or you can go for the same for another set.

Still lying flat on the floor, place your hands at the back of your head. With support from your hands, slightly raise your head. Bend your knees with the legs moving towards your body and stretch your legs again. Don't let your legs touch the ground. Repeat this for atleast 10 times. After completing this, try out for other exercises.

The third and the last one begins with you still lying down with your head in the same position when you did the previous exercise - it being raised from the ground just a little bit with the support from the hands behind the head. With knees pointing outward and both the toes touching each other bend your knees. With your buttocks as the pivot move your legs. You could feel the lower abs being stretched. When you experience this, you know you are doing the exercise right.

While the aim is to improve the lower abs, you must not overdo the exercises as well. You can't feel the change right after working out it takes days to develop. Begin with a few number of repetitions and when you are ready, slowly increase the counts as you go along. If, at any period during the exercises, you begin to feel even a slight discomfort or pain, you may want to stop because you might be doing something wrong. Don't forget to breathe while working out.

Love your workouts. To make it more pleasant, play some nice music or switch on the television and watch an interesting show while exercising. At the same time focus on the ways of exercising also.
