To get healthy, bouncy and shiny hair you have to know at first the possible causes for which your tresses are becoming limp and lifeless. Without knowing them properly you cannot counter the cause of hair falling.

Excessive use of chemical products like gel, roller, and alcohol based styling products can cause hair fall. Even shampooing everyday may harm your hair. Apart from protein and vitamins minerals and valuable nutrients are also very important for having bouncy and shiny hair. So take the ingredients in right proportion. Ignoring the balanced diet can make your dull and shine free. Minerals like copper, iron, zinc, iodine, silica and essential fatty acids are available in green vegetables, fruits and milk.

Actually hair loss or balding problem is genetic. Genes can come from father’s side or from mother’s side. And this genetic coding can affect you early when your life style is not healthy enough. If you are not healthy inside you cannot be healthy outside. It reflects on your head. Do exercise and avoid any kind of drugs –medical or recreational. Proper life style and a good food habit are enough for getting your tresses back.

Emotional stress and mental pressure can affect the balance. It can be a reason for balding. If you do not have right hair care regimen then you can be facing some problems dealing with hair loss and hair fall.

Taking vitamins and minerals do not mean going to a medicine shop and buying some tablets and in taking them. Because it can create counter reactions and cause toxicity. Fat-soluble vitamins and minerals can cause adverse reactions. So it is better to take this vitamins and minerals from vegetables and raw fruits.
