Facial Moisturizers::Why Most Face Creams Don't Work

You mean my facial moisturizer or face cream is a waste of money? Probably. Most likely your face cream does very little good and could even be harmful to your face. That's the bad news but there is good news, so read all of this article to find out.
Face Creams or Moisturizers::How They Work
I know you don't want to hear that your face cream isn't working. After all, it smells so wonderful. I'll get to why that could even be a bad thing. Face moisturizers are supposed to at least help put natural oils back into your skin. The reason they usually don't is that they are mainly petroleum jelly. Petrolatum, a by product of stinking crude oil, clogs the pores which could do damage to the skin.
Expensive Stores & Drug Stores
A lot of the skin care products sold in expensive department stores are not only ineffective but could be giving your skin trouble. Is that why you keep going back to find something that might do better? Maybe you have thought that another brand might work this time. After all it is "new, improved".
Profit is usually a concern of any business. But to trade quality for the bottomline is not customer sensitive. Not only that the prices are high to ensure a profit regardless if the skin care product works or not. Shelf life seems to be the most focus of the research department. So they put in "parabens" to act as a preservative. Parabens have been found in breast cancer patients. Do not buy any product with paraben in it.
You Are What You Put on Your Skin
You probably heard it as: "You are what you eat". Since we are so careful about what we eat (or should be) shouldn't we be just as careful as to what we put on our skin? Wouldn't it be nice if the skin care products we put on our skin contained ingredients that were 'safe enough to eat'? Keep reading I have a big surprise for you.
Our skin needs what is called keratin. But it can't be just any kind of keratin to really work. The one ingredient that does work is not synthetic but a live natural protein called Functional Keratin or Cynergy TK. It has patent protection because it works; is safe and is remarkably effective. Where do you get it?
Read Labels CAREFULLY
Now be careful when you read labels that list the ingredient as keratin. It probably is synthetic and is worthless. Look for Functional Keratin or Cynergy TK. There only a few companies allowed to have it. But in my research I found a very high quality company that carries it in their skin care line.
Also don't be fooled by the TV infomercials that make fantastic claims and the advertisements that guarantee results or your money back.
They have to say those things to sell their inferior skin care because their overhead is sky high. So what is the answer to a good skin care solution?
I do a lot of skin care research to learn what works and was does not. Sometimes I criticize heavily but if the skin care company delivered what works I would only say, "Buy it". There is one company that I do recommend because I know personally what they say is true and that they honestly care about YOU.
