"All-inclusive" is the term used by most resorts to describe vacation packages that cover almost everything but airfare for one predetermined sum of money. Even though caribbean honeymoon packages can vary quite a bit from one resort to another there is still a number of things that will almost always be covered in that package price.

Accommodations

The price of your Caribbean honeymoon package will often depend on the type of accommodations you pick out. Location of the room within the resort, size of the room itself, and special features of your suite such as in-room pools or champagne glass hot tubs can raise or lower the price significantly as well. Oceanfront, ocean view, and garden view rooms are three of the most typical room location options resorts have available, with oceanfront rooms being among the most comfortable, and costly.

Drinks

All drinks are usually free of charge at all-inclusive resorts with the more lavish of the resorts offering unlimited first-class liquors for the duration of your stay. Resorts of choice offering your preferred Caribbean honeymoon package often have several types of bars available in them including the standard hotel bar, swim-up pool bars, dance bars and music bars.

Hotel bars can usually be found just off the main lobby of the resort where you can sip your drink during a reprieve from the gentle touches of the Caribbean sun. Late at night there will usually be at least one bar still hopping; the dance bar typically stays open the latest to offer the energetic night owls a chance to wear each other out on the dance floor before retiring back to their rooms during their romantic getaway.

Meals

Food is one item on the list that will typically never affect the price of your Caribbean honeymoon package and the best resorts often have such a variety of food that it could well boggle even the pickiest of eaters. Large buffet tables in generous dining rooms present a spread of food ranging from your favorites to local delicacies for every meal of the day. Most of the higher-end resorts will offer a range of sit down gourmet-style restaurants with a menu that caters to just about every taste. If you feel like having a light snack while sunning by the pool there is usually a spread of lighter fare items such as fruit and sandwiches available close at hand. If your Caribbean honeymoon package covers little else, you will surely not go hungry.

Entertainment and Activities

Water sports are often included in your honeymoon package allowing you to possibly learn to windsurf, try your hand at sea kayaking or water-skiing, or even take a scuba certification course. Not all Caribbean honeymoon packages offer all of this for free, but most of the higher class luxury resorts include free lessons in scuba diving. If you and your honey aren't feeling quite that adventurous there's still snorkeling available where you can see vibrant coral reefs and a plethora of colorful tropical fish and sea life. Never to be left out of an all-inclusive Caribbean honeymoon package as everyone needs something to entertain themselves with and most will look to the ocean as their first source of relaxation and fun.
