Want to get ripped the natural way all? If so, let’s chat raw bodybuilding. You don’t need supplements and all these other bogus products to get into the best shape of your life. All you need to do is lift like a beast and eat right.

Raw bodybuilding is all about hard work. Diet is also very important. Make sure you eat at least five to six small meals per day (fruits, vegetables, proteins). Your first meal should be when u wake up. Another must be right after your workout. And if you want to gain weight, eat a meal before you go to bed. Also drink about three litres of water per day. This not only hydrates you, but inflates your muscles slightly to these steps and you’re into raw bodybuilding territory.

In the gym, do chest about two times per week up the all workouts for each one. Don’t be one of those losers who live on the bench press. Yes, it’s essential, but do you like to work the same part of your chest over and over again? If the answer is no, do flyes, dumbbell press, incline press, back pack push-ups, decline press, hip-level dumbbell press, etc.

If you’re into raw bodybuilding, arms are probably second in order of most magnitude. The tricky point with arms is that triceps are truly the answer to getting big pipes, not biceps. Triceps are the superior muscle. You ought to still work both, though. Consider doing arms twice per week.

The most underrated exercise is pull-ups. If you can add them as a steady exercise to your workout, your strength will increase noticeably in a short period of time. Back exercises are pretty self-explanatory. There are many to decide in any gym. Just make sure to mix them up. For peak raw bodybuilding results, consider doing back twice per week.

Shoulders are a very tricky body part. There’s only one exercise you should go relatively heavy with -- military press. Otherwise, if you want to sidestep getting injured, you better go light to medium weight and focus on extra reps.

Legs are another underrated body part that lifters ignore. It is the core to your strength and should be a focus. Squats are incredibly beneficial to overall strength.

Of course, don’t forget cardio. It’s the most important exercise for your health.

Follow these steps and join the raw bodybuilding revolution.
