For many years, soccer has been a world famous game with a fan base that is unmatched to any other game so far. In the beginning the game was predominantly played by men, this trend has however changed in the recent past giving rise to wide female participation in the game. Each soccer player is intentionally given a position in a soccer game; this position defines the player’s job description, as he has to fulfill some specific duties pertaining to the position to make a working team. It is up to the coach to be able to pick out players’ talent and assist him or her in getting the position that best suits their abilities with much ease. Placing the right player in the right position gives the coach an easy time in drilling the team. There are several factors to consider when positioning players in a soccer team; this may include the player’s endurance and stamina, the sprinting speed, their physique, personal orientation such as left or right-handedness among many more.

All of these components draw the same conclusion. Soccer training is a key ingredient to pulling it all together and winning.
