Not be denied that most of us can not enjoy the fitness or exercise. Is also
a truth that every one in this world can benefit from the fitness and proper
nutrition program. Here are 10 tips to get your exercise routine starting today.
- Design Objectives Realistic And Real
Designing a simple goal suck as to lose weight is not effective. Create more
specific. For example, ‘I want to reduce 10 kg until September 5’.
- Measure your improvement
Measure any improvement and do on a regular basis. You can not measure how much
weight you lose when you do not measure it at the beginning.
- Create Data For Every Exercise
Each and every training session should be in the data. Keep the size of your
practice and create your own success journal.
- Combine your cardio
Create a cardio session varied in intensity and length. Try a new cardio and
stick to keep it fresh.
- Hard Exercise Not Only For Men
Every one should practice hard. Rigorous training will build muscle and increase
bone density. Train all major muscle groups every 1-3 times per week.
- Take a Rest
Enough sleep for 7 to 9 hours each night. Likewise rest your muscles with no
exercise for 1 to 2 days per week.
- Warming Up
Warming up for 5 to 10 minutes before you perform core exercises. You should
begin by raising body temperature first.
- Cooling Down
Do the cooling down with muscle relaxation the whole body. This will help
improve flexibility and reduce muscle pain the next day.
- Nutrition Is Half Of The Battle
Consumption of food properly as a proportion of your regular exercise. Eat
healthy foods and leave a rigorous diets forever in your life.
- Give Continue Motivation
Invite a friend to join your exercise or doing exercises with a personal
trainer. Do anything to make you commit. If you begin to bore, chasing away the
guilt and do your exercise routine again as soon as possible.

effective. Anyone can reduce the fats in the body with a realistic exercise and
blend nutrition enough. If you have health problems, better contact your doctor
before you start doing fitness. Do the exercises regularly and you will be
