If they gave you a similar rating, then you are an excellent manager. There may be a few areas that you can improve in, but overall your management skills are great.

50-79 Your leadership skills could do with some improvement. Think about the areas that you have not done well in and check our websites for interesting articles and tools that can help you to improve your abilities. You may even want to consider a leadership program or obtaining some management qualifications. This will also give you an opportunity to talk to other managers as they probably have similar challenges to yourself.

1-49 Your management efficiency is below standard. Are you in a role that is suitable for your abilities or do you feel that you are out of your depth? Can you engage a mentor to help you to improve?
