Here are the best waist exercises for women and men. But this is really good for women because these exercises can quickly give you a toned, firm, feminine, CURVY WAIST and hips. Best of all, I won't even make you leave your home to do these. Fast, simple, and effective.

You can do this for 5-10 minutes a day. Expect to lose inches rapidly. Before you even start this exercise, I want you to measure your waist. Then a week after you've done this exercise every day, measure yourself again first thing in the morning. Bet you already lost something off your belly.

Take a hard look at your diet first because you can do all the best waist exercises on the planet. But, if you're not eating right then you won't see great results from your workouts. So begin by reducing, or if you want dramatic results then eliminate refined sugars from your diet. Doing this alone can help you lose fat on your waist quickly. Most people think crabs only makes you fat.

Once you found the correct position to suck in your belly button, hold it for 20+ seconds each time you do it. And be sure to do this exercise for at least 5 minutes each and every day. If you can consistently do that for a month, your waist will be thinner by 2 or more inches by then.

Don't waste your time with kid's type hula hoops those cheap ones. They won't work for this because it's impossible to keep those spinning around you. They're too light which means they spin too fast. You won't be able to keep up with it so it'll fall to the ground within 2 spins.

Just make sure you use a weighted hula hoop for this exercise, not one of the cheap hula hoops that kids use. The cheap ones don't work because you won't be able to keep them up long enough for the exercise to be effective. They don't weight enough and they spin too quickly. It will keep falling to the ground.

Bench Step Ups: This is a great exercise and while the primary muscles that you're training when performing it are the muscles of your legs, it will ultimately lead to a slimmer waistline because it burns a lot of calories.

Don't make the mistake of starting a crash diet and an intense exercise program at the same time in hopes of eliminating your excess belly fat overnight. Instead of drastically cutting your food intake, you should make drastic changes in the types of food you eat each day. One of the most important changes you can make is to eat the proper combination of protein, carbohydrate, and fat within one hour of waking in the morning.

In some people, excess fat tends to be concentrated in the waistline while in others it goes to the hips or whatever. This only means that they need to lose fat overall, and their waistline will also decrease. If you want to lose inches off your waist, using a machine will not do the trick.

Way better than walking on a flat surface... totally different. Just find a treadmill you can incline from 10-15 degrees and walk on it for 15-20 minutes. This melts fat off your waist, hips, thighs, and butt really fast.
