Exercise videos work. Why do they work? It is because exercise videos make it easier for us to actually exercise and stay on track. No more excuses like, "can't get to the gym", "no parking", "no time", "no money", "no space to put exercise equipment in" It's a simple yet effective way of easing in to a new and healthy you.
